Frequently asked questions
Which rules does the App use? Russian draughts on an 8×8 board: capturing is mandatory, pieces capture backwards, kings move any distance. Chess follows the standard rules, including castling, en passant and promotion. The full rules are in the App under Rules.
How do I play with a friend? On one phone, choose Two players and pass the phone after each move. On two phones nearby, choose Nearby: one player taps Create game, the other taps Find game. Both phones need Wi-Fi or Bluetooth turned on; no internet is needed.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device? Open Settings in the App and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Checkers & Chess → Cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the current period. A lifetime purchase never renews.
