Privacy Policy for FlowTime

FlowTime (“the App”) works without an account and keeps your data on your device. This policy explains what is collected, why, and your rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws.

1. Data you create in the App

Your habits, daily counts, streaks and reminder times are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to them, and the App sends nothing to any server. If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it.

2. Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment details; we never see your card number. The App reads an anonymous transaction record from Apple only to unlock the features you paid for. See Apple’s privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

3. No analytics, no tracking

The App contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. It does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

4. Crash and diagnostic data

Apple may share aggregated crash and performance data with us if you have enabled “Share with App Developers” in your iOS settings. We use it only to fix bugs.

5. Notifications

If you turn on a reminder and allow notifications, the App schedules local reminders on your device. No notification data leaves your device.

6. What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your personal information (as defined by the CCPA/CPRA).
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App is not directed to children.

7. Data retention

Your data stays on your device until you delete it or the App.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because your data never reaches us, you control it fully on your device. For anything else, email spiroboris91@icloud.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
