Privacy Policy for Invoice Lab

Invoice Lab (“the App”) works without an account. We, the developer, do not collect, receive or store any of your data. This policy explains where your data lives and your rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws.
1. Data you create in the App
Your invoices, estimates, clients, payments, price-book items, business details, logos and photo attachments are stored on your device. If iCloud is turned on for the App, iOS also keeps a copy in your own private iCloud database so it appears on your other devices. That copy is protected by your Apple Account; we cannot read it. Deleting the App removes the local copy; iCloud data can be removed in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage.
2. Contacts, camera and photos
- Contacts: only if you choose to import a client from Contacts. The selected contact’s name, email, phone and address are copied into the App on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
- Camera and photos: only when you attach a photo to an invoice or add a logo. The image stays in the App’s data (and your iCloud copy).
3. Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment details; we never see your card number or Apple Account. The App checks your purchase status with Apple on your device to unlock Pro features. See Apple’s privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
4. No analytics, no tracking, no ads
The App contains no analytics or advertising SDKs, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
5. Crash and diagnostic data
Apple may share aggregated crash and performance data with us if you have enabled “Share with App Developers” in iOS settings. We use it only to fix bugs.
6. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App schedules local reminders on your device (for example, before an invoice is due or before a free trial ends). No notification data leaves your device.
7. What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your personal information (as defined by the CCPA/CPRA).
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App is not directed to children.
8. Your rights
You may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because your data never reaches us, you can exercise these rights directly in the App (edit, export a PDF, delete) or by deleting the App and its iCloud data. For anything else, email spiroboris91@icloud.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Invoice Lab работает без регистрации. Разработчик не получает и не хранит ваши данные. Счета, сметы, клиенты, платежи, логотип и фото хранятся на устройстве и, если включён iCloud, в вашей личной базе iCloud — у нас к ней доступа нет. Контакты, камера и фото используются только по вашему действию и никуда не отправляются. Покупки обрабатывает Apple. В приложении нет аналитики, рекламы и отслеживания.
